Altuzarra offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
